How website and enquiry information is handled

Enquiry form

When you continue from the form, your browser requests a WhatsApp wa.me link containing the name, email and message you entered so WhatsApp can prepare a draft. WhatsApp receives that request before you decide whether to send the draft. EGA receives the details only if you send the message. The site form does not send the fields to an EGA database or store them.

Optional website measurement

Marketing tags are off until you make an affirmative choice. Google Analytics loads on every visit in Google's consent mode: until you accept analytics, it sets no cookies and sends only cookieless signals (such as the page address, time, browser type and whether you arrived from an ad), which Google uses for aggregate, modelled measurement. Accepting analytics lets it use cookies. Marketing loads the currently empty Google Tag Manager container, two Meta pixels and TikTok Pixel. The GTM container is treated as marketing, so any future container tag remains behind that choice and must not duplicate a direct tag.

Preparing a WhatsApp draft records a generate_lead event, and opening a WhatsApp link records a whatsapp_enquiry_click event, each with the page origin and path, but without the name, email, message, query string or fragment you entered. Without analytics consent these events are sent without cookies. This measures draft initiation, not a confirmed enquiry received by EGA.

WhatsApp button measurement

When you tap a WhatsApp button, we log the ad click ID (if any), which page you came from, the options you tapped, the button position (pos) and the test variant (v, if present). We do not log your name, phone number or message. These records are kept for 90 days and used only to measure which ads lead to chats. Our WhatsApp buttons open a pre-written message. WhatsApp receives the draft request when opened. EGA receives your WhatsApp message only after you press send.

If you contact EGA by WhatsApp or email, the information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested service. Do not send sensitive financial records through the website form.

Your choices

You can accept, reject or set separate analytics and marketing preferences. Use the Privacy choices control on any page to change or revoke your choices. Revoking a previously enabled category reloads the page once your new choice is saved. After you revoke analytics, Google Analytics returns to cookieless measurement; after you revoke marketing, Google Tag Manager, Meta and TikTok no longer load. Contact and WhatsApp drafting continue when optional tracking is declined.

You may contact EGA to ask about information you previously provided or to request a correction. Browser settings and content blockers may also limit third-party measurement.
